The faculty of the Graduate Program in Nutrition and Sports Sciences and Metabolism is organized into two areas of concentration: Nutrition Sciences and Sports Sciences.

The Program has 2 research lines in the area of Nutrition Sciences:

• Line 1: Nutrition in basic, experimental, and clinical science.
• Line 2: Food, nutrition, and health in individuals and collectives.

In the area of Sports Sciences, there are also 2 research lines:

• Line 1: Acute and chronic physical exercises, metabolism and nutrition in the context of health.
• Line 2: Acute and chronic physical exercises, metabolism and nutrition in the context of sports performance.
