The PPG-CNEM offers course stricto sensu at master's and doctorate level and has two areas of concentration and two lines of research focused on the current challenges of knowledge production in the areas of Food and Nutrition, Metabolism and Physical Activity.
The courses were implemented in 2011 (Master's) and 2013 (Doctorate), with recommendation and recognition by CAPES. The teachers of PPG-CNEM works in innovative projects of institutional research and extension, in collaboration with national and international institutions, being one of the marks of the program, the concern with academic excellence.
