The Postgraduate Program in Nutrition Sciences and Sports and Metabolism has numerous research laboratories where teachers and students work linked to the undergraduate and postgraduate courses of the unit.

However, most laboratories linked to PPG-CNEM are mainly focused on research and extension activities, having been equipped with state and federal government resources, through projects and agreements.
