The FCA/Unicamp infrastructure was designed to meet the diverse academic, scientific, and outreach needs of Graduate Programs. The institution provides modern and well-equipped spaces, essential for high-quality research development and for fostering faculty-student interaction.
FCA has two dedicated laboratory buildings with an approximate area of 6,000 m², available for Health and Engineering departments. Additionally, the unit features 360 m² of laboratories for humanities and social sciences, four multimedia classrooms, specific rooms for thesis and dissertation defenses, and study rooms for students and visiting professors.
There are two dedicated coordination offices:
- Research Coordination – Oversees research activities.
- Extension Coordination – Manages outreach initiatives.
These coordination offices play a crucial role in organizing unit activities. Under their administration, the Research and Extension Directorate (APEX) supports researchers from project development to final accounting.
